Collecting Fast Diecast reserves the right to cancel or terminate a user's membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of such termination, any fees paid for unused services may or may not be refunded at my sole discretion.
Automatic Renewal & Cancellation: Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Users may cancel their membership at any time directly through their Skool account settings. Cancellation is self-service and managed entirely through the Skool platform. I am not responsible for refunds due to failure to cancel on time.
10. Trading & Transactions
Collecting Fast Diecast may facilitate connections between collectors for trading and swapping diecast cars. However, I am not a party to any transaction between users. Any trades, purchases, or exchanges are conducted solely between the participating users at their own risk.
I do not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or value of any items exchanged between users and am not responsible for disputes arising from such transactions.
11. Sponsorships & Partnerships

My services may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including but not limited to Skool, YouTube, Instagram, and Whatnot. These links are provided for your convenience only. 13. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
In the event of a chargeback or dispute initiated by a customer, Collecting Fast Diecast reserves the right to revoke access to all previously purchased memberships and services until the dispute is resolved. If fraudulent activity is suspected, I may block the user from future purchases.
14. Disclaimers
My services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that my services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
